Shipping and Tracking

Orders placed before 10am PST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your package is on its way and again once it’s delivered.

All orders are processed in real-time so please notify us right away if there are any changes to your order, your shipping method or destination.

Our shipping service options:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-3 business days via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is valid on orders of $100 or more before taxes and promotions. Your order will be sent via Standard Shipping – 2-3 business days. You may select Express Shipping for an additional fee.
  • Express Shipping: Available upon selection on all orders. Sent via FedEx 2-Day. Choose this option during checkout.

Product Returns

Astircbd is committed to providing you with the best possible online shopping experience.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

We only accept returns for items purchased through http://astiressentials.com. If you purchased a Astircbd product from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

Only regularly priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

All Returns must be New and Unused. We cannot accept returns on opened products. Returns for orders over 30 days will not be processed.

Returns process:

  1. Call 1-800-456-789 and ask for Customer Care Representative. After speaking with a representative, you will be issued a RA#. YOU MUST RECEIVE a RA# before sending back a product.
  2. Include the order slip OR a note stating purchaser’s name, address and order number and reason for return.
  3. Using a good carton, return package via insured US Mail, UPS or FEDEX.
  4. We will provide you the address for your package upon return authorization.
  5. Email us the tracking number of your return at shop@astiressentials.com
  6. Keep a record of shipment until you have received credit or replacement merchandise.
  7. A refund will be issued as soon as the package has been received and inspected.
